Before you buy
What happens when my licence expires?
You drop back to the free tier — the app keeps running and your files are untouched. Renewing extends the licence you already hold rather than issuing a new key, so your activated devices carry on without being re-entered.
Can I move my licence to a new computer?
Yes. Release a device from your account and activate the new one. Each plan allows a number of self-service changes per 30 days, shown on the card above; past that, ask us and we will sort it out.
Does the app need to be online?
Only to transcribe and plan a new recording. Rendering is local, and your licence is verified on your own machine against a signed token with a 14-day grace window — so neither a flight nor an outage on our side stops you using software you have paid for.
Why are the currencies priced separately?
Each currency has its own price list and its own payment methods, set deliberately rather than converted from an exchange rate on the day. What you see on this page is what is charged.
Is there a refund if it does not suit me?
The free tier exists so you can answer that before paying anything — install it, make a video, see how it behaves. If you have bought and something is wrong, read the refund policy and then write to us with your order number.
What may I make with it?
Video from footage you hold the rights to: your own recordings first and foremost. The stock and sound libraries it draws on are openly licensed, so what you export is yours to post commercially, as our licence agreement sets out.
