Try before you pay if you can. If you have a question about whether the software does what you need, ask us at hussainimukhtar323@gmail.com — that is a much better outcome for both of us than a refund.
When we will refund you
We will refund you if:
- The software does not work on your system and we cannot fix it for you
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You were charged for something you did not buy
When we usually will not
- You have used the licence for an extended period and changed your mind
- You bought the wrong plan but the software works — we would rather move you to
the right one
- Your licence was revoked for sharing a key or for misuse
How to ask
Email hussainimukhtar323@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We answer every request, and we will tell you plainly if the answer is no and why.
What happens to your licence
If we refund an order, the licence it paid for stops being valid. Any devices activated on it are released.
How long it takes
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Card and online payments usually take a few business days. Manual payments are returned by the same route you sent them, and can take longer.
